Moneyball for Startups

I'm a bit ashamed to say that I haven't read Moneyball. I know it's a great book but it just seems that I either forget about it when I'm at a bookstore or I'm in the middle of another book. I think I'm going to rectify this tomorrow on my lunch break but that's another story. Anyways, Joe Kraus has posted an interesting take on the book and the insight it could bring to a start-up. The basic idea being that maybe the traditional hiring practices done for start-ups might not be the best when it comes to survival. Definitely something to think about.
