Want more energy?

Curt Rosengreen points to a great post about keeping energy or momentum in your day. I can see how these are useful. They aren't always easy to do but they are worth it.

Here are a couple which I've been working on:

Keep a lean office/work space

Avoid junk food; drink water instead.

One that I've done but not in this same way is Eat your lunch at your desk. Many times I'll run and grab a sandwich and then eat at my desk while I either catch up on email or read some blogs. The difference in what Suzanne is saying is that instead of those things, focus on your dream instead. I could see myself writing some code while eating that had nothing to do with work but instead some ideas that I have. That could be a very easy way to start prototyping new stuff.
