Thank you again for your assistance with the purchase of the Stone Cottage Construction home last Fall. I spoke with my buyers last week and they are thrilled to be settled and loving the home. As you recall, my buyers had purchased in Bloomington a few years ago. They called me because they went through this home at an open house and immediately fell in love with it. We scheduled a showing and confirmed their interest. I want to put it in print how “beyond pleased” I am with how the process went. I’ve worked with other builders and Stone Cottage has set a high bar from quality of workmanship as well as outstanding service. I’m still telling agents and buyers about the most thorough walk through I’ve ever been on. Still can’t believe that the owner walked through and not only offered detailed explanations of everything that had been done, but also addressed requests down to touch up of paint. There are absolutely no outstanding projects and if you’ve dealt with new builds, you know how rare that is. Your assistance was key too Sheryl. I appreciate your attention to detail and willingness to work with my buyers timing of the sale of their home.
