We won’t just build you a new home. We’ll also stand behind it.  Stone Cottage Construction lets you move into the life you’ve been dreaming of. You know it will be a well-designed, solidly built home with quality craftsmanship and a warranty you can count on.

Prior to closing you will have a personal walk-thru with either Brian or Troy.  You will be given tips and will be shown how your new home operates.  At this time you will be able to ask questions and you will be given a valuable packet of additional warranty information.

1 Year Warranty

For one year, Stone Cottage Construction warrants that your home will be free from defects in accordance with Performance Standards. As an added service to you, Stone Cottage Construction provides you with an opportunity to submit a list of those workmanship issues and a Stone Cottage Construction representative will address any questions or concerns you may have.

2 Year Warranty

For two years after your closing date, Stone Cottage Construction warrants that the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation systems of the home will be free from defects in accordance with Performance Standards.

3 to 10 Year Warranty

Stone Cottage Construction also warrants that the home will be free of major structural defects for ten years.  Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.
